The Greater Androscoggin Animal Shelter provides discount spay certificates to individuals who bring litters of puppies or kittens to the shelter if they still have the mother. The owner of the mother is issued an Incentive Certificate (Cats $75, dogs $125) to be used at an area veterinarian.
