 profile Zora is a gorgeous pit bull, approximately 4 years old, who is here because her owner had to relocate. She’s an energetic girl, and will need a new home where she’ll consistently get the exercise she must have in order to settle down and learn. An under-exercised Zora is a roughneck, so if her new home has children they must be old enough not to be knocked over. She did well when introduced to another dog here recently -- started out bossy, but was willing to listen when the other dog said ‘enough.’ No cats for Zora, however. Zora’s new owners are encouraged to take advantage of the free training classes offered by Southern Maine Pit Bulls (SOME Pit).
