 profile Clayton is a Pomeranian mix who was found as a stray. His age is estimated at 7 years, and he’s pleasantly plump at 26 pounds. Clayton came to us with some painful abrasions on his skin, but with antibiotics and medicated shampoos, he’s feeling much better. He has a cataract in his left eye which doesn’t require treatment at this time, and a little arthritis in his hips for which he’s been getting medication. Our evaluation found Clayton to be more interested in charming his assessor than in playing with toys or learning new things. He offered his paw, but didn’t really want the evaluator to touch it. Clayton is not a fellow who suffers rudeness gladly, so his new home should have children old enough to treat him with the respect he feels he deserves.
