Soft is the right word to describe this former mother
kitty who was brought in pregnant. She was fostered out and delivered
two beautiful babies,
Moon Spot and Moonshadow, both of whom have gone to loving homes. Now
it’s Moonstone’s turn to shine. Moonstone is all soft eyes
and blinks when looked at in her cage, and she will respond well to a
forever friend or two in a quiet home where the routine is not often
interrupted. Moonstone, although she fostered well, may not have such
great memories of her former home, if she had one at all. She is timid,
yet her expressions and demeanor indicate that she will totally belong
heart and soul to a patient and kind person. She isn’t used to
being patted, and needs to be taught that a trusted touch can a fine
thing. She will consent to being picked up for short bursts of time which
may grow longer as her stay in her new home lets her tuck her fears away,
to be replaced with the delights that affection can bring. Moonstone
will wax into her full potential with some good loving. She is so sweet.
