Theo is a large, orange and white, tiger female surrendered to the ARL in February. This lovely cat has been around a bit, having known at least three homes before ending up here. Her last owner described her as friendly to family and visitors, a bit of a couch potato that likes to settle into a warm lap from time to time. A placid cat with both an independent streak and an affectionate nature, Theo is a Meet Your Match™ purple Secret Admirer. Secret Admirers may take awhile to assess their situations and their new owners before settling in for quality lap time, head butts, and purrs. Theo is an indoor cat who loves to look out at the world from a sunny windowsill. She would be great companion for a quiet couple or a single. Her orange coat and quiet nature provide a bright spot on the gloomiest winter day. It is uncertain whether she lived with other cats or dogs; perhaps another gentle cat or respectful dog would make a good pal. Theo has been diagnosed with colitis, a GI disorder, and must be fed a high fiber diet, such as Purina's Prescription Diet EN feline diet food. A check up with your veterinarian would establish how much and how often. Theo deserves a forever home where she can truly settle in for good.
