Nothing creepy crawly about this kitty, just good stuff. Spider spend some time south in Kennebunk before being transferred to this shelter. This is not to say that the ARL is her dream home. No, that will come when someone comes into the shelter browsing the cages, and spies this sweetie pie gazing peacefully back with a come-hither look. When she knows you a little bit, Spider is one of those kitties that hugs back when held. She’s confident and kind, playful and vocal when she has questions about where, what, who, when, and how. When she’s answered to her satisfaction, she quiets down and shows her people her affectionate side. She did test out as sensitive when touched near her tail, but she wasn’t mean about her boundaries, just firm. All this means is that randomness isn’t her bag. A feather wand play thing will grab her interest and hold it for a while. Play time would be an important part of her day. Until goes home, Spider sits in her cage spinning out a web of hope that she’s the one. She’s ready to become part of a much larger world, though, and soon. Could you be part of that world? She definitely thinks you might.
