The
Animal Refuge League has been helping people
find their forever pets since 1911. Our
primary concern is the welfare of our animal
residents and to place each into an loving
home environment.
Adopting a pet requires a considerable
commitment and is never an immediate process.
Please expect to spend at least a few hours
at our shelter working with one of our staff
to determine the appropriate animal to fit
your lifestyle. |

adoption
fees and surveys
All
potential adopters are required to submit
an adoption survey.
All adoption fees benefit the ongoing support
of our animal guests. Fees help defray the
cost of spaying or neutering, heartworm
testing, distemper vaccinations, and other
preventative care.
The Animal Refuge League does not guarantee
the health or temperament of any animal
in our care, and we encourage adopters to
take advantage of the free health exam provided
by participating veterinarians within 14
days of adoption.
